Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. 

Our department Control Room Consulting supports our customers in reducing the operating costs of their control centres by increasing their productivity - we use adapted lean management methods for this purpose. With this unique set of methods, standards and tools, we also build the interface between human and machine. As junior consultant for business process design you will participate in consulting projects for safety critical control rooms, supporting our senior user experience experts after a comprehensive induction phase. You will record and analyze the processes of control rooms and identify improvement potential. Together with our senior experts, you will develop and present suitable solutions. 
Key Tasks
  • You create structured analyses that form the basis for improvement measures for workflows, interfaces, etc. You prepare your findings in presentations 
  • You process customer requirements and support operational problem solving with a focus on "fit for purpose" 
  • You support our senior experts in developing sustainable improvement measures for our customers
  • You contribute to user experience design
  • You support our senior experts in the project management of consulting projects
Key Qualifications
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree (are about to complete it) in business informatics or a similar field 
  • You have a special interest in lean management and modelling business processes 
  • You are interested in user experience design 
  • You have ideally already gained first professional experience, possibly in management consulting or process consulting
  • You have quick perception, strong analytical skills and can add structure to complex situations and issues
  • You have basic knowledge in project management 
  • You have excellent MS Office skills (e.g. Excel & PowerPoint) 
  • You are business fluent in German and English

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 33143
This salary is the minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement based on 38,5 hours per week. Your actual market oriented annual gross salary depends on your professional experiences and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
