Job Introduction
Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide 500 customers with 30.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Your key task includes the independent handling of recruiting projects, from definition of a job profile up to negotiation of the employment contract
  • You work closely with HR business partners and manage administrative HR matters 
  • With your know-how you support important HR projects (e.g. employee surveys)
  • You prepare and analyse HR-specific data (e.g. on the topic of employee experience)
Key Qualifications
  • Completed studies and 2 years of professional experience in HR 
  • High willingness to learn & dedication to all topics in HR 
  • A good mix of empathy, communication talent and analytical thinking 
  • IT affinity as well as very good German and English skills
