Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Key Tasks
  • Support in the execution of national and international offer/bid projects 
  • Support experienced Offer Managers in all aspects of the bid preparation process
  • Assist in the analysis of tenders/RFPs and support the sales team in preparing proposals
  • Support the preparation of cost calculations and commercial bid components (e.g. payment terms, guarantees, exchange rates) 
  • Prepare and maintain general bid sections and ensure completeness and consistency of all bid documentation 
  • Coordinate and align bid content with internal departments (e.g. engineering, pricing, contract management, compliance) 
  • Support and contribute to negotiations with German- and English-speaking customers 
  • Maintain and analyze tender platforms and support the timely submission of bids
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or commercial education or degree (e.g. commercial or technical secondary school, university of applied sciences) 
  • Initial professional experience or relevant internships in offer/bid management, project management, sales, or a comparable environment are an advantage but not mandatory
  • Interest in high-tech or IT project business and in commercial and contractual topics 
  • Basic project management knowledge is an advantage 
  • Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel 
  • High willingness to learn and motivation to acquire in-depth knowledge of the relevant business segments 
  • Structured, accurate, and reliable working style 
  • Willingness to support experienced colleagues in their daily tasks
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 38,184 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
