(Junior) Project Manager - Project Recovery & Stabilization (all genders)
- You maintain an overview of an international project portfolio and analyse project status and risks based on relevant performance indicators
- You conduct project reviews and work with project teams to identify improvement opportunities and areas for action
- You support the definition and tracking of measures aimed at stabilising projects
- You coordinate cross-functional topics and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions
- You prepare management reports, presentations and decision-making materials, ensuring transparency across ongoing projects
- You work closely with experienced Task Force Project Managers and support the analysis of complex project situations
- Initial experience in project management, PMO, project controlling, or a comparable coordination role
- Interest in complex customer projects within an IT, software, or technical environment
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for structuring complex topics and situations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%)
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance process
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of IT, software, or system integration projects
- Experience within the public safety sector or other safety-critical environments
