Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. We are currently looking for a new team member in our business unit Defence (military air traffic control). As a Solution Architect (all genders) you will be responsible for the evaluation of technical solutions. The following activities fall within your area of responsibility:
Key Tasks
  • You coordinate all necessary activities in the course of responding to tenders.
  • You will support product management in the integration of new technologies.
  • You will prepare these contents/solutions as a basis for decision-making for defense management.
  • You create technical solution architectures based on in-house and partner products.
  • You will be able to understand your customer's requirements as well as possible and translate them into technical concepts for communication and information solutions and implement them together with colleagues from Sales, Product and Development.
Key Qualifications
  • Technical FH/TU studies with IT focus
  • Willingness to carry out a security clearance
  • Willingness to travel 10%
  • Very good knowledge of English, further language skills an advantage
  • Interest in customers and colleagues in an international, multicultural environment
  • First relevant professional experience is an advantage (e.g. in requirements engineering, as a business analyst or product manager)
  • Knowledge of/interest in telecommunications solutions as well as IT solutions, network design and IT security
  • Knowledge of/interest in new innovative technologies

Salary
Gross annual salary from
EUR 38513
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5-hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
