(Junior) System Test Engineer (all genders)
- You put our systems to the test and support the team throughout specification, implementation, and acceptance—from smart standard environments to cutting‑edge “Deployable Digital Tower” solutions. This is where you help shape the technology of the future.
- During testing, integration, and commissioning phases, you are right in the middle of the action: you actively support the team, drive processes forward, and ensure that our systems go live reliably and stably.
- You analyze requirements in detail and present them in a clear and structured way. Based on this, you plan, design, and execute tests—both manual and automated—ensuring the high quality of our solutions.
- You systematically get to the root of issues: with an analytical mindset, you identify causes and support troubleshooting—efficiently, solution-oriented, and sustainably.
- You document results clearly and comprehensibly and support system acceptance with your expertise through to successful completion, both on-site and remotely.
- With up to 10–15% international travel, you bring our high-tech solutions into operation worldwide and make innovation tangible on a global scale.
- You have completed technical training with a focus on IT/telecommunications or possess a comparable qualification and are eager to apply your knowledge in challenging projects.
- You have initial experience in testing—ideally in integration or system testing—demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, and approach challenges with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ideally, Linux and network technologies (RHEL, Layer 2/3, UDP/TCP/multicast) are familiar to you, and you enjoy combining them with your knowledge of modern IT infrastructure and COTS hardware. You have already successfully worked with tools such as JIRA, JAMA, and test automation frameworks.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy contributing this to collaboration with international customers.
- A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for global projects drive you—whether for on-site or remote installations, rollouts, or innovative system solutions.
