KI Enablement Expert (all genders)
- Implement and further develop the AI strategy for B2B/B2G sales: Prioritize, pilot and scale relevant AI use cases in line with the Digital Sales Strategy for international B2B and B2G sales
- Lead AI and digital sales initiatives end-to-end: From use case assessment and feasibility through piloting to rollout and adoption, with a clear focus on business impact and value creation
- Expand a data-driven sales ecosystem: Integrate CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and reporting to strengthen data flows, automation and AI-driven insights across sales
- Drive cross-functional alignment along the value chain: Closely collaborate with Sales Operations, Domain Sales, Offer Management, the AI Competence Center, IT and Marketing to ensure governance, quality and speed
- Embed enablement and change in sales: Develop trainings, playbooks, workshops, e-learnings and coaching formats to sustainably anchor AI usage in day-to-day sales operations
- Sales-focused AI expertise & business translation: Experience with modern AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, generative AI, agent-based approaches) and their practical application in sales, such as prompting, automation, market and competitive intelligence, or offer support
- End-to-end delivery of AI and digital sales initiatives: Proven experience in implementing complete use cases – from prioritization and feasibility through pilots to rollout, adoption and scaling
- Lateral leadership & stakeholder management: Experience in steering cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Offer Management, IT, Marketing, Governance)
- B2B/B2G sales & sales enablement experience (preferred): Solid understanding of B2B/B2G sales processes, enablement formats (trainings, playbooks) and digital sales tools such as CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and BI solutions
- Strong communication skills (German/English): Clear, precise and audience-oriented, with the ability to convey complex topics to a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field; additional training or certifications in AI or digitalization are an advantage
