Job Introduction

Our department Control Room Consulting supports our customers in reducing the operating costs of their control centres by increasing their productivity - we use adapted lean management methods for this purpose. With this unique set of methods, standards and tools, we also build the interface between human and machine. After a comprehensive training period, you will carry out consulting projects for Safety Critical Control Rooms together with your experienced tutor. You will record and analyze the processes of existing control rooms and check them for potential improvements. Together with our senior experts, you will develop suitable solutions and support your team during presentations. 
Key Tasks
  • Creation of structured analyses that serve as the basis for improvement measures for workflows, interfaces, etc.
  • Ongoing presentation of findings and analyses
  • Preparation of customer requirements as well as support in operational problem solving with a focus on 'fit for purpose'
  • Development of sustainable improvements for our customers, together with our senior experts
  • Participation in the area of user experience design as well as support in the project management of consulting projects
Key Qualifications
  • You have already completed your studies in business informatics or a comparable degree or are already studying for a Master's degree? 
  • Ideally first professional experience in management or process consulting, with pleasure in the form of internships
  • Interest in business process modeling and lean management as well as user experience design
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills and you enjoy working out complex situations, topics and issues in a structured manner
  • Basic project management skills are an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Fluent German and English

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 33143
This salary is the minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement based on 38,5 hours per week. Your actual market oriented annual gross salary depends on your professional experiences and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
