Lead Product Manager with global governance responsibility (all genders)
- Strategic and tactical management of the group-wide product- and IP portfolio
- Responsibility for the further development and application of the group-wide product management process and the associated set of methods and rules
- Responsibility for the creation of product business cases and the quarterly progress review
- Execution of product reviews
- Support and coaching of the product managers to ensure the achievement of the respective business objectives of their products
- Monitoring and reporting of our competitors
- Experience in business and/or product management and/or IP management is an advantage
- Experience in lateral leadership of distributed teams
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders
- Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
