Job Introduction

Key Tasks
  • You will work on the conception and implementation of our global training and development programs for various target groups (e.g., for managers, sales, project managers, etc.) 
  • You will be the contact person for some of our talent programs and take care of the planning and implementation of the corresponding training offers 
  • You will accompany the onboarding of new employees and conduct welcome workshops for our new colleagues on their first working day 
  • You will support the expansion of our range of digital learning formats 
  • You will actively contribute to current HR projects and support the further development of our existing tools and processes (e.g., Learning Management System, Talent Management, etc.)
Key Qualifications
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or psychology or a comparable education and have gained initial professional experience in learning & development 
  • Digital learning formats are a matter of course for you 
  • You can act in a structured, goal-oriented, and independent manner 
  • You think globally, enjoy working with our internal customers, and have talent as a consultant 
  • You speak German and English very well

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 40,170.00 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
