Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. 

The Managed Service Expert actively supports Managed Services sale as well as aaS to ensure the success of our Support & Managed Services business.
Key Tasks
  • Development of new Managed Service concepts according to the current requirements of our customers as well as preparation and negotiation of support service contracts
  • In cooperation with our Service Manager, you will process change requests for the optimization (upgrades) of the customer's systems 
  • Support the Service Manager in identifying business opportunities and providing technically feasible solution concepts including quotation calculation and risk assessment 
  • Actively shaping our service catalogue is a key task
Key Qualifications
  • Professional business/commercial knowledge is your most important experience, based on a technical education (e.g. FH/WU/HTL) 
  • Several years of experience in Support & Managed Services sales (SaaS, aaS) and/or project management, ideally in the Telecommunications- or IT world 
  • ITIL applications are one of your preferences in your daily work 
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, especially for customer contact 
  • Your willingness to travel is at least 10%

Annual Gross Salary

This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
