Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. 

The Lifecycle Offer Management Team actively supports the sale of services with its expertise, both in the sales cycle in new customer business and with existing customer systems (installed base), and thus contributes significantly to entrepreneurial success in the maintenance business.
Key Tasks
  • Preparing service concepts and related contractual documents (SLAs, service plans, managed services) for our international customers, taking into account sustainable contribution margins
  • Negotiation of maintenance contracts together with the legal department, sales and customers
  • Timely processing of maintenance relevant parts of our tenders using efficient processes, and complying with costing guidelines, you can ensure that your contracts and pricing are both profitable and fair to your customers
  • Preparation of offers for upgrades and change requests in accordance with the offer guidelines require careful attention to detail and collaboration with other departments 
Key Qualifications
You have commercial and technical skills. You are already experienced in the professional use of MS Office and you have very good written and spoken English and German skills, other languages are highly welcomed - by combining it with your MS Office and strong language skills, you will make a valuable asset in order to our internal requirements for effective communication, collaboration, and productivity.

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 37888
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
