New Business Development Manager (all genders)
- Familiarisation with Frequentis' business and building a strong internal and external network
- Carrying out market analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Developing suitable strategies in cooperation with the subsidiaries to further develop the Public Safety division
- Acquiring new partners, for example through targeted measures such as trade fair visits
- Maintaining existing partnerships and supporting projects as a sparring partner
- Optimisation and expansion of the reselling business to increase the company's success
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a New Business Development Manager or in a similar position
- Experience with government projects required
- Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to empathise with the person opposite and the products
- Confident, empathetic personality with a hands-on mentality
- Understanding of software-centric systems, virtualisation and cloud would be a plus
- Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German and Spanish is an advantage
- Willingness to travel around 25% of the time and intercultural competence
