Teamlead and New Business Developer (all genders)
- Leading the "New Business Development" Team
- Acquiring new strategic clients and re-selling partners
- Lobbying internally and externally to secure deal success – a true “closure character”
- A strong networker, ideally within the global Public Safety domain
- Committed to securing and expanding the success of the Public Safety business unit every single day
- Willing to take responsibility and make business-critical decisions
- Several years of leadership experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a New Business Development Manager or in a similar role
- Experience with government projects is essential; background in Public Safety is a plus
- Confident, empathetic, and motivating personality with a hands-on mentality
- Understanding of software, managed services, and “as-a-service” offerings and how to shape them
- Excellent command of English required; German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%, with strong intercultural competence
