Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Key Tasks
  • Support in planning, coordinating and continuously improving the OHS management system at headquarters and across the group (including reporting within the framework of the integrated management system in accordance with ISO 45001) 
  • Monitoring and documenting relevant legal requirements and international standards in the field of occupational health and safety 
  • Participation in internal and external audits (e.g. preparation of documents, follow-up on measures) 
  • Organisation and coordination of preventive measures (occupational medicine & occupational psychology), including appointment management for inspections, campaigns and training courses 
  • Collaboration in the initiation and implementation of ongoing occupational health and safety initiatives 
  • Support in the analysis of occupational accidents and near misses at headquarters, as well as in the derivation and documentation of measures 
  • Organisation of the prescribed OHS inspections at headquarters 
  • Point of contact for OHS issues for internal and external contact persons
Key Qualifications
  • Completed higher education (HTL, HAK with technical understanding) or equivalent Structured, accurate and reliable way of working 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills Very good MS Office skills, enjoyment of documentation and coordination 
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented manner Interest and enjoyment of occupational health and safety 
  • Advantages:

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 38,180 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
