Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 35,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

Our Competence Center Offer Management, which operates on an international level, prepares approx. 500 offers per year. Integrated into the Global Sales division, Central Offer Management assumes a cross-divisional function in the sales process. Our team ensures the optimal bid quality to win international tenders that guarantee the success of our company.
Key Tasks
  • You lead offer / bid / proposal projects 
  • You assemble and manage bid teams 
  • You analyze tenders and contribute to the bid strategy 
  • You provide significant input to proposal pricing strategy and overall calculation, as well as risk management and reporting 
  • You create general bid sections and ensure consistency across all bid documents 
  • You act as a point of contact for customers, suppliers and partner companies during offer preparation 
  • You support negotiations with customers
Key Qualifications
  • You have completed a higher technical or commercial education 
  • You gathered relevant experience in offer/bid management, preferably in the high-tech/IT project business 
  • You have sound project management know-how 
  • You have excellent MS-Excel skills 
  • You are willing to acquire comprehensive know-how in the business segment/domain you support as Offer/Bid Manager 
  • You are business fluent in English and German
