Job Introduction

Key Tasks
  • Lead global offer / bid projects and assemble the offer team 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of tenders/RFPs and support the sales team in developing the bid strategy 
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, risk management, and reporting to management 
  • Take responsibility for overall cost calculation as well as commercial terms and conditions (e.g., payment conditions, guarantees, exchange rates) 
  • Prepare general proposal sections and ensure consistency across all bid documents 
  • Coordinate cross-functional content (technical, pricing, contractual, and compliance aspects) and ensure quality assurance 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners during the bid phase 
  • Maintain the relevant tool landscape and obtain the required approvals
  • Support negotiations with German- and English-speaking customers 
  • Manage communication with customers via tender platforms and ensure timely submission
Key Qualifications
  • Completed higher technical or commercial education 
  • Several years of relevant experience in offer/bid management, ideally in high-tech or IT project business
  • Solid project management know-how is an advantage 
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel 
  • Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge of the relevant business segments and actively apply it in the role of Offer/Bid Manager 
  • Fluent negotiation-level skills in both English and German, written and spoken

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 40,854 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
