Operational Procurement, HW Components & Facility Services (all genders)
- Operational Procurement: End-to-end handling from demand clarification to complaints, including RFQs, orders, confirmations, and delivery tracking
- Sourcing: Procurement of active and passive components, ensuring material availability and coordinating prices and lead times
- Facility Management: Sourcing of services and goods, including requirement definition, quote comparison, ordering, and booking
- Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and international affiliates, including escalation handling
- Systems & Processes: Use of SAP and JIRA for order processing, workflow management, prioritization, and continuous process improvement
- Qualifications & Experience: Commercial education or equivalent qualification, plus 2–3+ years of experience in operational procurement or materials planning, ideally within a technical environment
- Systems Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP in purchasing and approval processes, as well as experience with JIRA or similar workflow tools
- Technical Know-how: Confident handling of electronic components and understanding of bills of materials, minimum order quantities, and lead times
- Work Style & Languages: Strong communication and service-oriented mindset, well-organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel; very good German and English skills
- Nice-to-have: Experience in facility management procurement (services and materials), knowledge of complaint and warranty processes, Incoterms, basic customs/export understanding, and awareness of quality and IT security requirements in the supply chain
