The Frequentis Group Management provides the foundation for managing, developing, and growing the Frequentis Group. Core tasks of this area include supporting the executive board and global business units in implementing the company’s strategy. Key elements in this context include legal matters, integrating new and transforming existing companies, serving as a central point of contact for managing directors, and organizational design and development. 
 
Through close collaboration with various other areas, the Organizational Development Consultant gains deep insights into the diverse aspects of managing the company group. This also leads to opportunities and tasks across the organization, allowing for versatile experiences within the Frequentis Group to be collected and deepened. Key Tasks
  • You conduct organizational diagnostics, identify change potentials and challenges in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and develop suitable strategies
  • Your pronounced visualization and communication skills allow you to describe complex situations and make them understandable for your environment
  • Through the conception, implementation, and moderation of various workshops and training sessions related to organizational development and design, you establish essential milestones
  • You develop the design of future-oriented, group-wide organizational structures and define the criteria for them. You document this through your conceptual work
  • You coordinate and lead (partial) projects for optimizing the organizational structure
Key Qualifications
  • Completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration (BWL) and specialization in organizational development and/or organizational design
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or within a strategic role in an industrial company, with a focus on topics such as organization design, corporate development, or operating model transformation
  • Solid knowledge in shaping and advancing multidimensional matrix organizational forms
  • Training in agile organizational development and/or systemic consulting
  • Ideally, experience in change management
  • Your personality is characterized by high self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Your quick grasp allows you to analyze processes and their impacts
  • You have an interest in diverse cultures around the globe, enjoy presenting, and are adept at expressing yourself in both German and English through speech, writing, and visualizations

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 51,378 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
