Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.


Unmanned aerial vehicles are on the rise and their use will increase rapidly in the coming years. Frequentis recognised the challenges of Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) early on and is responding to them with innovative solutions. These allow airports and air navigation service providers, but also customers in other industries such as public safety or infrastructure operators, to use drones professionally, efficiently and safely to fulfil their tasks. These solutions are available both on-site and in the cloud. We have already successfully implemented customer projects both in Austria and internationally.

Key Tasks
  • Together with our sales experts, you will advise our international customers on technical matters and also act as a sales support
  • You will process public tenders, ascertain customer requirements and needs and coordinate project handover (from the bidding phase to the execution phase)
  • You create technical solution descriptions, offer documents, calculations as well as feasibility and competitor analyses 
  • You are also responsible for conducting site surveys at customer sites
  • You accompany the update and optimization of the IT security measures catalog in cooperation with product management and IT security experts

Key Qualifications
  • Ideally completed studies with a technical focus (telecommunications/business administration)
  • 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Presales/Technical Presales/Solution Consulting advantageous
  • Very good teaching skills: Presentation and communication techniques, negotiation skills as well as intercultural competencies
  • Interest in current developments in the field of IT/Cloud-Security is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 30974
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
