Our aim is to play a pioneering role by defining and implementing new standards in the areas of communication, collaboration and multimedia. You will be the "hub" between customer, sales and product. With your know-how, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the company during the offer phase.

Public Safety:

Key Tasks
  • Together with our sales experts, you advise our international customers on technical matters and act as sales support for technical issues in customer workshops and occasionally at international exhibitions 
  • You process public tenders and determine customer requirements and needs in the process
  • You are also responsible for conducting site surveys with customers
  • You create technical solution descriptions, offer documents, calculations and feasibility and competitor analyses
  • As part of your activities, you work together with technical experts within the company and hand over sales projects that have been won to internal processing (from the offer phase to the processing phase)
Key Qualifications
  • Completed education with a focus on IT or telecommunications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position Presales/Technical Presales/Solution Consulting 
  • Very good interactive skills: Presentation and communication techniques, negotiation skills and intercultural skills  
  • Interest in current developments in the field of IT/cloud security is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel - 3 days per month

This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
