Principal Architect for IT Voice Solutions (all genders)
- Architecture Definition: Accountable for creating the product system and software architecture and its alignment with the business goals and objectives. Bridging the gap between business and product development ensuring that technology investments support and drive business outcomes
- Architecture Roadmap: Collaboratively creates the vision, evolution and communicates the VCS software architectural strategy and technical/technological roadmap. Anchors and drives the architecture roadmap into everyday operations
- Strategic Planning: Work with leadership teams to translate business strategies into actionable value-driven business and VCS product capabilities
- Transformation Management: Support business transformation efforts by providing insights and guidance into how architecture changes will impact the sales, development, and delivery organization from an architectural perspective
- Process Improvement: Analyse, design, and improve business, development, and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and agility in development and delivery
- Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure architecting process and capability effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
- 10-15 years' experience as IT architect in a safety critical or similar environment
- Strong understanding of modern IT communication technologies and its challenges
- Proven ability to analyse and design architectural processes and capabilities
- Critical Thinker and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent English language and presentation skills; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong team player, having an intercultural mind set, paired with international travel willingness
