Process Manager (all genders)
- You analyze business processes and evaluate their effectiveness
- You facilitate internal process workshops
- You identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with leading experts and management
- You analyze current (as-is) processes and support the definition of future (to-be) processes
- You define process improvement projects, including solution concepts, feasibility analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and stakeholder analyses
- You support the Process Board through consolidation, standardized evaluation, prioritization recommendations, and portfolio management of all process improvement projects
- Several years of knowledge and/or experience in the field of business process and change management
- Degree in business administration or a technical field (FH or university), preferably with a focus on process management
- Experience with process portals (e.g., ADONIS) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a pronounced service and support mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a confident appearance
- Goal-oriented, self-reliant working style and a structured approach
- Very good German and English language skills
