Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • You analyze business processes and evaluate their effectiveness
  • You facilitate internal process workshops
  • You identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with leading experts and management
  • You analyze current (as-is) processes and support the definition of future (to-be) processes
  • You define process improvement projects, including solution concepts, feasibility analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and stakeholder analyses
  • You support the Process Board through consolidation, standardized evaluation, prioritization recommendations, and portfolio management of all process improvement projects
Key Qualifications
  • Several years of knowledge and/or experience in the field of business process and change management
  • Degree in business administration or a technical field (FH or university), preferably with a focus on process management
  • Experience with process portals (e.g., ADONIS) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a pronounced service and support mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident appearance
  • Goal-oriented, self-reliant working style and a structured approach
  • Very good German and English language skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 43,529 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
