Product Manager (all genders)
- Collecting and aligning requirements from Sales as well as conducting gap analyses
- Responsibility for the product roadmap, quality gates, and release approvals, including commercial aspects (e.g. licensing models)
- Managing the product lifecycle, including backlog and lifecycle management
- Close collaboration with system architects, requirements engineers, test managers, system engineering, sales, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating and aligning the content of multiple development teams with different working methods and development cycles
- Acting as the central point of contact for product-related topics (R&D, delivery, sales, logistics)
- Collaboration with other business segments (Public Safety and Public Transport) and close alignment with the respective product managers to synchronize product roadmaps
- Responsibility for licensing costs as well as budget planning, monitoring, and regular reporting to management
- At least five years of professional experience in product management, product development, or technical project management
- Certificate in product management, preferably with experience in a technology-driven company
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JAMA, JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage
- Strong customer, user, and service orientation
- Fluent in English; good German and Spanish skills are an advantage
- Intercultural competence and the ability to successfully lead virtual teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence relevant stakeholders
