Job Introduction

In addition, we actively support our customers in the transition from traditional EIRENE technology to the future-oriented FRMCS target architecture, shaping this transformation in close partnership.
Key Tasks
As a product owner you will play a vital role. You will
  • Own delivery of initiatives from an overall solution, from first idea to validated outcome 
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and approvals on scope, feasibility, and expected business value 
  • Align early on dependencies across user experience, architecture, and platform constraints
  • Shape initiatives into clear, valuable features, their acceptance criteria and measurable objectives, break down work together with the team and provide continuous feedback during implementation
  • Prioritize pragmatically between feature delivery and technical improvements
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or economic education with strong foundation in Agile Methodologies (preferred SAFe) 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is preferred
  • Proactive, team-oriented personality with strong decision-making skills and the ability to independently drive topics forward
  • Fluent English and German skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 43,529 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
