Project Manager (all genders)
- Overall responsibility for international customer’s IT project in a safety-critical environment with intensive customer interaction for network solutions
- Planning, control and securing of project goals in terms of progress, deadlines, resources, costs and quality
- Translating customer requirements into goals and schedules of our network solutions
- Management of the project team ensuring compliance with project standards and operational project infrastructure
- Ongoing project controlling and reporting
- Risk, claim and change management
- Completed technical or economic education (university degree)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in complex environment
- Experience delivering SW and HW projects preferred
- Passionate about personal learning and development
- Experience in leading larger project teams
- Business fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Integrity, responsibility and empathy
- Strong business acumen as well as conflict and negotiation skills
- Ideally, previous knowledge in the field of air traffic control
- Willingness to travel worldwide up to 30%
