Job Introduction

In the field of Air Traffic Management, we develop and operate highly available solutions for voice communication, data integration, airspace surveillance, and decision support. With these systems, we support air traffic controllers and pilots around the globe in their vital mission: ensuring safety in air traffic at all times. 


Key Tasks
  • You will have overall commercial, social and technical responsibility (together with the Lead System Engineer) for international customer projects 
  • You will coordinate teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, and closely support customers on their path to transform their operations towards data center based solutions
  • You will ensure compliance and tracking of agreed goals and project standards 
  • You will conduct continuous project controlling and provide transparent reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • You will take responsibility for risk, claim, and change management, proactively responding to evolving conditions.
Key Qualifications
  • You have completed degree in a technical or business-related field – ideally with a focus on IT and/or telecommunications.
  • You bring at least four years of experience in managing complex software projects.
  • You have successfully led project teams and are known for your structured and responsible approach to work.
  • You possess business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • International travel of approximately 20% is not an obstacle for you.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and consistently approach challenges within the team and with clients in a solution-oriented and professional manner.
  • Ideally, you have experience or a strong interest in the aviation industry and are eager to grow within this exciting field.

Salary
The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 56,605 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
