Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. We supply and support individual solutions in the defense sector with a focus on the segments of military air traffic control, mission and operations management and communication networks. In a security-critical environment, the reliability of our systems and our services as well as our ability to innovate determine our actions.

We are looking for a Project Manager (all genders) with experience for the implementation of our software-based information and communication solutions at our German key customer.
Key Tasks
  • Acquiring change requests and managing the offer in coordination with Sales
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Participation and application in risk, claim and change management processes
  • Ongoing reporting of the project status as well as compliance with and tracking of the agreed objectives and project standards
  • Active management of project resources (budgets, deadlines, tasks, progress, quality, etc.) with a view to the agreed objectives 
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or commercial training at an academic level 
  • Approx. 10% willingness to travel 
  • Strong social skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with customers 
  • Analytical thinking and good grasp of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT) 
  • High level of customer understanding and confident demeanor paired with independent action and high level of commitment
  • Business fluent German language skills
  • Knowledge and practical experience of common PM tools and methods 
  • At least three to five years of professional experience as a project manager (ideally: IT or SW projects)

Annual Gross Salary from

This salary information is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and professional qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package. ​
