Project Manager (all genders)
- Acquiring change requests and managing the offer in coordination with Sales
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Participation and application in risk, claim and change management processes
- Ongoing reporting of the project status as well as compliance with and tracking of the agreed objectives and project standards
- Active management of project resources (budgets, deadlines, tasks, progress, quality, etc.) with a view to the agreed objectives
- Completed technical or commercial training at an academic level
- Approx. 10% willingness to travel
- Strong social skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with customers
- Analytical thinking and good grasp of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT)
- High level of customer understanding and confident demeanor paired with independent action and high level of commitment
- Business fluent German language skills
- Knowledge and practical experience of common PM tools and methods
- At least three to five years of professional experience as a project manager (ideally: IT or SW projects)
