Project Manager (all genders)
- Comprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical, and organizational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project team
- Strategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, timeline, quality, task allocation, and milestone tracking
- Ongoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIs
- Active management and execution of risk, claim, and change management processes to ensure project success
- Professional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management
- Identification and generation of change requests, including offer coordination in close alignment with the sales team
- Completed technical or commercial training at an academic level
- At least three to five years of professional experience as a project manager (ideal: IT or SW projects)
- Knowledge and practical experience of common PM tools and methods
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- A high level of customer understanding and a confident demeanor paired with responsible actions and a high level of commitment
- Analytical thinking skills and good comprehension of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT)
- Strong social skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with customers
- Project management certification advantageous
- Approximately 10-15% willingness to travel
