Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

We offer you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program starting in early September 2023. The 10-month training with an exciting job rotation, support from experienced mentors and a diverse training program will prepare you comprehensively for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager in a safety-critical environment.

Key Tasks
In the trainee program:
  • Active participation in various project teams and collaboration with mentors.
  • Development of project management know-how, which includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods

After completion of the trainee program as project manager:
  • Successful handling of international customer projects with time and quality responsibility
  • Participation in and organization of project teams
  • Responsibility for the project budget and ongoing project controlling
  • Building a fundamental understanding of our products as well as our customers and markets
Key Qualifications
  • Completed business/technical education at Matura level, completed studies are an advantage
  • 2-3 years of professional experience ideally in project management or experience with project processes (e.g. IT or SW projects)
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Distinct social skills (ability to communicate, work in a team & professional appearance)
  • Convincing and customer-oriented communication in German and English
  • Affinity for new technologies, joy of learning
  • Project management certification is an advantage

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 35565
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
