Quality Engineer - Electronic Production (all genders)

- As a team member of the quality management in production, you accompany new products on the quality side from the design review to the transition to series production. Your goal and result oriented work contributes to an optimized design for manufacturing
- Support and assistance for industrialization e.g. review and release of sample production
- Collaboration in the preparation of documentation according to EMPB for customers and corresponding communication
- Together with the team, you will develop quality indicators, monitor their compliance and prepare regular quality reports
- Introduction and validation of new manufacturing procedures and processes
- In the case of product changes in series production, you will ensure the preparation of the necessary documents and their release
- Continuous monitoring of series production and, if necessary, coordination of steps for error analysis and setting of measures for error prevention. Communication of quality improving measures to the production.
- Complaint handling and follow-up of improvement measures in cooperation with the team and the Procurement department.
- Sampling and release of new components for production according to requirement definition by the development department
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of electrical production, ideally as a quality engineer; quality training is an advantage
- Knowledge of typical manufacturing processes (SMT, THT, Reflow & Wave-soldering, IPC standards, mechanical assembly) is required
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni), preferably with focus on electronics
- Familiarity with project management (milestones, conflict management, tracking of open issues)
- Experience with IPC standards and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- High result & solution orientation
- Independent working style and good communication skills complete your profile
