Job Introduction

Quality management is responsible for the maintenance and continuous optimization of the management system. We evaluate corporate processes, ensure their compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

As Quality Manager (m/f/d) for the business unit Air Traffic Management, you will provide operational support for value creation. This includes sales, delivery in the form of projects and services in maintenance. You will guarantee the high quality standard in the direct context to the customer and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. 

You are part of an experienced team of quality managers who support you in the development from quality manager of simple projects to complex customer programs.
Key Tasks
  • You design quality planning for customer solutions across the entire value chain. 
  • You perform quality assurance tasks, such as quality gate checks, audits, etc. 
  • You identify improvement potentials and control their implementation. 
  • You interface with the customer on quality-related topics. 
  • You advise and support the management on quality topics.
Key Qualifications
  • Professional experience in the field of quality management as well as in the execution of audits 
  • Proven professional experience in technology-oriented environment, ideally system engineering or software development 
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science/telecommunications 
  • Good command of written and spoken English required, knowledge of German desirable 
  • High level of commitment, problem-solving skills and structured working style
