Regional Sales Manager RSM Central Europe (all genders)
- Coordination of regional sales activities: Expansion of existing business and acquisition of new customers
- Offer management: Management of tender projects including sales-related feedback
- Implementation of business development initiatives: Development and execution of the sales strategy for the Maritime Business Unit; management of local partners, agents, and consultants
- Representation at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Delivery of presentations to clients, at events and online
- Successfully completed education (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration or a technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in solution-oriented sales, preferably in software sales
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of self-initiative
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Fluent in English; good German skills and additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
- Knowledge of the maritime sector is a plus
