Regional Sales Manager RSM Central Europe (all genders)
- Coordination of regional sales activities: You will work closely with product specialists from Public Safety and the Domain Sales Manager, pass on feedback from the market and develop service packages. You will coordinate the expansion of existing business, the acquisition of new customers and participation in trade fairs and events.
- Offer team collaboration: In tendering projects, you will guide the Offer Teams and provide continuous feedback from a sales perspective.
- Proactive implementation of business development initiatives: You will help develop the sales strategy of the Regional Sales Unit Central Europe and actively implement it. In this context, you are also responsible for the respective local partners, agents and consultants.
- Technical education: You have graduated from an HTL, FH or university, in combination with a good understanding of business administration or vice versa.
- Sales experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in selling information and communication technology solutions to customers in the public sector.
- Communication skills: You are customer-orientated, a strong communicator and understand "consultative selling".
- Personal responsibility and creativity: You enjoy working independently in a matrix organisation and bring proactivity to the table.
- Industry knowledge: Ideally you have knowledge of Public Safety.
- Language skills: Very good command of English; knowledge of German and other languages would be an advantage
