Regional Sales Manager RSM Poland (all genders)
- Coordination of regional sales activities: You will work closely with product specialists from Defence and the Domain Sales Manager, pass on feedback from the market and develop service packages. You will coordinate the expansion of existing business, the acquisition of new customers and participation in trade fairs and events.
- Offer team collaboration: In tendering projects, you will guide the Offer Teams and provide continuous feedback from a sales perspective.
- Proactive implementation of business development initiatives: You will help develop the sales strategy of the Regional Sales Unit Central Europe and actively implement it. In this context, you are also responsible for the respective local partners, agents and consultants.
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) with an understanding of business administration or vice versa.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development, ideally in the defence or security industry.
- Deep understanding of the Polish defence market, including structures, decision-making processes and relevant players.
- Existing network of customers, local/international partners and industry players in Poland.
- Proven track record in the sale of complex technical solutions, including public tenders.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Poland and occasionally internationally.
