Regional Sales Manager for Central Asia/CIS (all genders)

- Develop sales strategies in line with the business unit for the Central Asia market
- Understanding customer needs and ensuring the development of the customer solution in close collaboration with your colleagues
- Build and proactively manage relationships with decision makers and influencers across the industry, including all relevant government agencies, industry bodies, prime contractors and subcontractors
- Understanding the commercial, operational and technological challenges and opportunities of Central Asian customers by maintaining close customer relationships
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans per country (direct/indirect go-to-market models), maximising coverage and representation with customers across the region
- Balancing long-term business development activities with short-term deals, taking full responsibility for sales success in each territory
- Targeted partner management for Frequentis' growth in Central Asia
- At least 10 years of experience as a sales manager in a comparable function
- Sales experience in Central Asia countries and a reliable network of contacts in the region and the industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and relationship management at all levels, from post-sales technical support to high-level government contacts
- Independent working style, empathy and openness characterise you
- Excellent command of English and Russian (written and spoken)
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (>50%)
- Work experience in Air Traffic Management, Defence, Public Safety or Maritime is an advantage
