Key Tasks
  • Planning global and regional marketing strategies, supporting the business success 
  • Focus on shaping the integrated marketing campaign concepts with the support of the marketing crew. 
  • Steering projects like marketing and sales digitalisation, event concepts, website, social media activities and much more 
  • Sparring partner for the content team 
  • Working with many nationalities and a strong and motivated international team 
  • Flexible working times, as dealing with many time zones
  • Interface between the subsidiary organisations and the headquarter
  • Responsible for the projects’, global and regional marketing budget
  • Identifying oneself with software and hardware products from a world market leader 
  • Shaping the external marketing representation within a high-tech environment with few market players in the safety-critical industry
Key Qualifications
  • University degree (minimum Bachelor, preferred Master) preferably with focus on marketing/communications/sales
  • More than 5 years’ experience in a senior B2B and/or B2G marketing leadership role
  • Led one or more teams
  • Holding budget responsibility
  • Very good English skills, further languages of benefit
  • Excellent analytical, conceptional, communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel globally, depending on the assignments. Ability to talk on eye level with Business Unit Vice Presidents and Regional Managing Directors and their Sales Teams 
  • Developing global and regional marketing strategies and campaigns with the team
  • Preferably know-how in working with a marketing automation platform.
  • Acting as innovation leader and working in teams across different time zones

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 54,533 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
