Requirements Engineer (all genders)
- Requirements elicitation: You identify and analyse requirements through interviews, workshops and other methods in close cooperation with internal departments or external clients.
- Documentation: Ongoing maintenance, management and documentation of requirements; design and creation of specific metrics such as coverage analyses/gap analyses
- Validation: You check requirements for completeness, consistency and feasibility. You will work closely with development teams and ensure testability through reviews and test concepts.
- Requirements management: You manage changes, prioritise requirements and resolve conflicts across the entire project lifecycle
- Quality assurance: You ensure that requirements meet quality standards, create technical and test concepts and coordinate closely with test management and coordinate requirements management for product development and moderation of workshops/reviews
- Continuous improvement: Creating product requirements in coordination with product management, architects and development teams
- Completed technical education with a focus on computer science or software engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of requirements and change management
- High methodological competence and very good English skills
- Confident appearance, structured way of working, ability to work in a team, communication skills and analytical thinking
- Advantageous: Experience with requirements management in customer projects, experience with tools such as JAMA requirements management software, certifications
