Sales Manager Central and Western Europe (all genders)

- In your role as Sales Manager you will be responsible for our customers in Central and Western Europe in our Maritime business segment.
- You expand our pipeline with potential leads, acquire new customers and accompany existing customers throughout the entire sales process.
- You will coordinate all sales activities with end-customers, the Regional sales and internal departments.
- The focus is on building long-term stable relationships with your customers, know their needs and being well informed about upcoming projects, so that you can provide them with the right solution.
- The processing and planning tasks as well as reporting to the management of the business unit are also part of your responsibilities.
- In close cooperation with our product management, you also will be responsible for the design, planning and execution of strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- With at least 5 years of experience in international sales, especially in the sales process with government agencies, you know how to create demand with the customer, guide them through the decision phase and close the deal.
- Ideally, you already bring experience from the maritime sector and business development know-how.
- You have solid economic knowledge, ideally in combination with a technical education.
- You have a sales mindset and so you constantly look for additional growth by applying all your sales skills and experience.
- You bring willingness to travel worldwide, speak English in a professional level; German French and Spanish would be advantageous.
- You have quick comprehension skills, combined with an analytic thinking ability and a result-oriented approach.
