Job Introduction

As Sales Operations Consultant you will play a central role in improving our sales performance around the globe. The continuous growth of Frequentis needs to be facilitated by efficient workflows and accompanied by adequate performance measurement and reporting tools. You will therefore contribute to defining and implementing suitable frameworks that increase sales efficiency and provide transparency on sales performance. These actions will enable our sales organization to reach sales targets and generate profitable growth.
Key Tasks
  • You support the sales leadership team in implementing various strategic initiatives, e.g. further developing our sales process or performance management tools 
  • You prepare structured data analyses that provide the baseline for improvement actions, e.g. regarding sales workflows or intra-company interfaces; you summarize your findings in suited management presentations 
  • Together with sales management, you design and implement efficiency improvement programs within our sales process, involving several business units 
  • You optimize and improve sales performance management tools, create management reports and dashboards 
  • You act as a core team member or as a project manager for strategic initiatives and improvement actions 
  • You collaborate with various stakeholders, mainly on cross-functional and project basis
Key Qualifications
  • You hold a master’s degree in business administration or a related field 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in demanding environments like management consulting or strategic controlling 
  • You show strong customer and service orientation and are a hands-on person with strong implementation skills 
  • You have quick perception, strong analytical skills and can add structure to complex situations and issues 
  • You have excellent MS Office skills (e.g. Excel & PowerPoint) 
  • You are business fluent in German and English

Annual Gross Salary
EUR 35310
This salary is the minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement based on 38,5 workhours per week. Your actual market oriented annual gross salary depends on your professional experiences and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
