Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) on full-time basis (38,5 hours per week). In this position you will be supporting and optimizing our sales activities around the globe to improve our sales performance and our competitive position in the market. Based on your experiences and preferences, you have the opportunity to contribute to numerous management initiatives, to work in agile teams on M&A transactions and post-merger integration projects or work abroad with our subsidiaries.
Key Tasks
  • You take charge of sales performance management, create transparency (via reporting, analytics, dashboards etc.) and identify improvement potential 
  • You design and implement efficiency improvement programs within the sales process, involving several business units
  • You play a key role in the design and development of various tools used in sales, especially our CRM system and our calculation tool 
  • You enable the sales organization to reach sales targets and generate profitable growth
  • You manage group-wide projects in close alignment with the Vice President Global Sales or the Executive Board
Key Qualifications
  • You hold a university degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization in business analytics/data science or have equivalent job experience 
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of sales operations or have a background in strategic controlling or process/management consulting 
  • You understand the requirements and challenges of a (matrix) sales organization 
  • You show strong customer and service orientation and are a hands-on person with strong implementation skills 
  • You have quick perception, strong analytical skills and can add structure to complex situations, topics and issues 
  • You are business fluent in German and English
