Job Introduction

As a Sales Operations Manager you are a part of the Global Sales management team. You work side-by-side with the Vice President of Global Sales. In this position, you are the key contributor to an efficient and effective sales organization globally. You manage relevant business and organizational topics and provide an interface inside and outside of Global Sales. Furthermore, you are responsible for up-to-date transparency on sales performance. The goal of this position is to get familiar with strategy, organization, processes and – in mid to long term – take on more management responsibility.
Key Tasks
  • You shape all activities and processes that help our sales organization to run effectively, efficiently and support business strategies and objectives 
  • You analyze relevant structures, processes, tools and performance indicators and derive concrete improvement measures based on your findings 
  • You define and implement suitable frameworks that provide transparency on sales performance 
  • You design and implement efficiency improvement programs within sales globally, involving several business units across the group 
  • You manage strategic sales initiatives and improvement programs
Key Qualifications
  • You hold a master’s degree in business administration or a related field 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding environments like management consulting, strategic controlling or sales operations 
  • You show strong customer and service orientation and are a hands-on person with strong implementation skills 
  • You have quick perception, strong analytical skills and can add structure to complex situations and issues 
  • You can think end-to-end and provide others a holistic perspective You have excellent MS Office skills (e.g. Excel & PowerPoint)

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 49734
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
