Job Introduction

Our Project team delivers projects that deploy our voice and networks products in our customer’s IT environment. In this role you will be responsible for projects that will procure and/or setup the infrastructure where our voice and networks products will be deployed, as well as for the coordination with the development team for the continuous development and deployment activities along the project duration.

This is a customer facing role, that requires strong customer and third-party management skills in an international and multicultural environment where the the initial focus is in Latin America. 
Key Tasks
  • Overall responsibility for international customer’s voice and network projects in a safety-critical environment with intensive customer interaction for our voice communication systems 
  • Planning, control and securing of project goals in terms of progress, deadlines, resources, costs and quality 
  • Translating customer requirements into goals and schedules of our voice and network product 
  • Management of the project team ensuring compliance with project standards and operational project infrastructure 
  • Ongoing project controlling and reporting 
  • Risk, claim, change and customer crisis management
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or economic education (university degree) 
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in complex IT projects (i.e: PMP, Prince, SAFe, Scrum certifications are a plus) 
  • Experience delivering SW and HW projects preferred 
  • Passionate about personal learning and development 
  • Ideally, previous knowledge in the field of air traffic control 
  • Experience in leading larger project teams and strong customer management skills
  • Business fluent English and Spanish (German is a plus) 
  • Strong business acumen as well as conflict and negotiation skills
  • Readiness to travel 30%

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 57680
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
