Senior Project & Delivery Manager – Mission-Critical Communication (all genders)
- Comprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical, and organizational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project team
- Strategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, timeline, quality, task allocation, and milestone tracking
- Ongoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIs
- Active management and execution of risk, claim, and change management processes to ensure project success
- Professional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management
- Contribution to bid projects in close alignment with the sales team
- You have several years of experience in managing large scale integration projects in the domain of IT or telecommunications.
- You are familiar with cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS-2).
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational talent, and leadership ambition.
- You are accustomed to working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
- You feel attracted by the chance to actively shape a new organizational unit on a global scale
- You are fluent in English and preferably good in German, any other language is good to have
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
