Project Management Lead - Uncrewed Traffic Management (all genders)
- As a permanent member of the UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management) management team, you are responsible for steering and coordinating all UTM projects and delivery resources, ensuring continuous process improvement and a stable working environment.
- You work closely with peers from other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Service to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration across the entire value chain.
- You independently manage customer projects within critical infrastructures. This includes project planning, execution, controlling, and partner management.
- You provide advisory support to project managers assigned to you and act as the first internal and external escalation point. You are also responsible for their professional development and training.
- You maintain successful long-term customer relationships and balance various project requirements such as cost and quality.
- You ensure the successful and profitable completion of projects and are also responsible for the commercial planning and consolidation of the entire project portfolio in collaboration with your supervisor and controlling.
- You have completed a technical or commercial education and have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally with IT/software projects.
- You have experience in building and leading project organizations and can ensure that project goals are achieved even in complex situations.
- Familiarity with critical infrastructure sectors such as aviation, public safety, or government, and a project management certification are advantageous.
- High commitment, willingness to take initiative, and strong communication skills are essential.
- You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 15%) and speak very good English to negotiate with customers on equal footing.
