Job Introduction

As a Senior Project Manager you ensure the overall successful performance and implementation of complex software solution projects within the given schedule and budget specifications. The possible project portfolio consists of innovative, workflow-based airport or air traffic management solutions, based on state-of-the-art technologies. We work according to modern IT business solution processes mapped in an integrated tool landscape. 

You will have the overall responsibility for multiple projects from the start. A further development to program level is possible.
Key Tasks
  • Overall responsibility for an international customer project in a safety-critical environment with intensive customer support 
  • Planning, control and securing of project goals in terms of progress, deadlines, resources, costs and Quality 
  • Translating customer requirements into goals and schedules 
  • Management of project teams ensuring compliance with project standards and operational project infrastructure 
  • Ongoing project controlling and reporting 
  • Risk, claim and change management
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or economic education (FH or TU, preferably computer science) 
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in complex software projects (ideally with a great impact on the business processes of the customers or their organization) 
  • Interest or talent to quickly familiarize yourself with new domains 
  • Ideally, previous knowledge in the field of aviation
  • Experience in leading project teams 
  • Business fluent German and English 
  • Integrity, responsibility and empathy
  • Readiness to travel 20-30%

Annual Gross Salary
EUR 67200
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
