Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. 

As risk- and emergency management responsible, you are in charge of identifying and assessing risks and of reporting the risk status to the executive board. It is your responsibility to determine the risk management policy and the risk management process. It is your duty to identify risk owners, to align risks and to determine controls in order to achieve a residual risk which is acceptable to the company. Since risks occur even with appropriate controls in place, a further task is building up the group-wide emergency management system based on a world-wide team of emergency managers.
Key Tasks
  • Development and implementation of the corporate risk management policy, process and toolchain 
  • Structured identification of risks, alignment of risks with risk owners, business impact analysis 
  • Identification of risk treatment, alignment with responsible persons, effectivity control, and determination of the residual risk 
  • Formal risk review with members of the executive board to achieve an acceptable residual risk 
  • Representation of risk management at audits 
  • Education of risk owners
  • Processowner with policy authority for emergency, crisis and business continuity management
  • Development and implementation of emergency management organization 
  • Organization and conduct of emergency exercises
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight years of professional experience, affinity to critical infrastructures
  • Structured working personality with excellent execution skills who is used to working on complex issues or projects
  • Practical experience in the field of risk management 
  • Excellent communication skills and keen to build social networks on an international level 
  • High level of pragmatism and hands-on-qualities when supporting emergency managers
  • Business fluent in German and English

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 50446
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
