As a Senior Service Governance Architect, you play a key role in shaping the foundation of our service delivery across the Frequentis Group. You ensure that our service organization operates in a reliable, compliant, and scalable way – from service design to continuous improvement.
In this role, you combine service architecture, IT service management, and governance into a coherent system that enables high-quality, standardized service delivery.
Key Tasks
  • Take a leading role in the development and operation of our Service Management System (SMS), including ISO 20000 certification
  • Design, documentation, and continuous optimization of support processes across the entire service lifecycle, with a particular focus on security and safety requirements
  • Develop complex service concepts to define and ensure cross-party service operations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to customer-facing activities (e.g. offers, service design discussions) with your governance expertise
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and methods, including the application of AI within service management contexts
  • Act as a key interface across teams and entities within the global Frequentis Group
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT Service Management, combined with strong ITIL knowledge and experience with service management systems (ideally ISO 20000 and ISO 27001)
  • Strong operational background with hands-on service delivery experience, particularly in managed services or as-a-service environments, ideally in complex or critical IT infrastructures
  • Experience in developing complex service concepts to ensure cross-organizational service delivery
  • Ideally, experience in implementing service governance and ITSM structures across organizational units of varying sizes within a corporate environment (designed globally, implemented locally)
  • Excellent communication skills, confident presence, and ability to collaborate across international teams and organizational boundaries
  • Strong analytical thinking with an independent, solution-oriented, and holistic working approach
  • Very good English skills, German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%)

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 51,548 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
