Service Manager (all genders)

- Service management and project management for worldwide service projects
- Relationship management with customers, partners and subcontractors
- Generation and handling of change requests
- Ensuring rapid problem handling and resolution together with the service engineers
- Identification of optimization potential, creation of customer development plans, life cycle management
- Elaboration of technical solutions, documentation and preparation of offers with Pre Sales and Sales (Change Requests)
- Completed technical education with IT focus
- Good generalist IT Know-How
- At least 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager (all genders) or in project management of international service/IT/telecom projects
- Operational experience (managed services) is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German is an additional asset
- Willingness to travel worldwide (20-30%)
