Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

Currently we are looking for two Service Manager (all genders) in Customer Services and in ATM Defence.

As Customer Services for the installed base business, we are the contact for all customers of all Frequentis business areas.

The strategic business division Defence supplies military customers throughout the world with communication and information solutions used for military air traffic control tasks, air defence and tasks in connection with civil protection.

Key Tasks
  • Service management and project management for worldwide service projects 
  • Relationship management with customers, partners and subcontractors 
  • Generation and handling of change requests
  • Ensuring rapid problem handling and resolution together with the service engineers 
  • Identification of optimization potential, creation of customer development plans, life cycle management 
  • Elaboration of technical solutions, documentation and preparation of offers with Pre Sales and Sales (Change Requests)
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical education with IT focus 
  • Good generalist IT Know-How 
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager (all genders) or in project management of international service/IT/telecom projects 
  • Operational experience (managed services) is an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German is an additional asset  
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (20-30%)
