Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. As Service Security Architect (f/m/d), you actively support the sale of services. Thus, you contribute significantly to the entrepreneurial success in the maintenance business and are responsible for ensuring that Frequentis solutions are operable and maintainable for the customer in the long term. Due to your expertise in the security area, you advise your colleagues across departments.

You are part of a well-coordinated, stable team.

Key Tasks

Coordination of security concepts with internal and external interfaces
Collaboration with other security units as well as the products regarding the security service portfolio
Specification of requirements for the deliverability of the security service portfolio as well as presentation of the services in the service catalogue
Validation of service offers, change requests and system changes regarding security topics
Review, creation and adaptation of security relevant support service processes
Customer presentations of security concepts in the offer process

Key Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience as Service Architect/Engineer or in the field of Service Management
ITIL Foundation certification
Completed technical education
Experience in creating information security concepts
Understanding of current architectures and their security requirements
Further education or first professional experience in the security area, certification desirable
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
